![]() At best I can get the icon to appear briefly in the system tray, and when I hover on it it says "Initializing", but is otherwise unresponsive. I tried running the Avira app, stopping and starting the Avira service, running the SystrayStartTrigger app in the Avira folder, and finally downloading a new copy and telling it to do a repair install. So I went to open the Avira GUI to check quarantine manually, and - you guessed it - the Avira icon wasn't in the system tray. I was able to click on "Details", which caused "Luke Filewalker" to pop up for 30 seconds and then go way with no information displayed. My Win10 laptop (Windows and Avira fully up-to-date) displayed a pop-up saying it moved a file to quarantine. If anything is still unclear, please let us know, we are happy to help.
